JOB DETAILS
- Onsite in Louisville, KY
- Pay Rate: $17 an hour
- Full Time
Brief List of Responsibilities:
- Work in an outbound and inbound call center environment.
- Provide customer service related to prescription medication coverage.
- Perform administrative tasks while navigating call center software.
- Adhere to call center goals and HIPAA regulations.
Requirements:
- Able to work full time and onsite in Louisville, KY.
- Minimum of 6 months call center experience.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Computer proficient (data entry, MS Office)
- High School Diploma or GED
