PERSONAL LINES CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary : The customer service representative performs the essential functions of the position, which include aiding Sales Executives and clients with service needs and making changes to existing accounts. Specific service responsibilities are required in this position. Meets service and sales delivery
standards and performs essential functions to the quality and service standards developed by the agency

Key Responsibilities
 Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
 Effectively communicate policy details, coverage options, and answer client inquiries.
 Renew policies for existing clients, ensuring continuous coverage.
 Pro actively reach out to clients prior to their review to evaluate clients' risk profiles and recommend appropriate coverage levels.
 Analyze property and casualty risks to determine the most suitable insurance options.
 Maintain accurate and up to date client records and policy documentation.

​ Deliver exceptional customer Service by addressing the clients concerns and inquiries in a timely manner.
 Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance industry knowledge and skills.

Qualifications
 Team player with Colleagues and clients
 Previous work experience in customer service
 Strong Organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize clients needs.
 Efficient in Outlook, Word and Excel.
 Licensed or wiling to obtain Property and casualty license within 90 days of employment
 Solid written and interpersonal skills including active listening

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
