Industrial Maintenance Tech 

The  Industrial Maintenance Tech performs regular preventative maintenance on equipment used in the manufacturing process including cleaning, greasing, and servicing.
Job duties pertain to keeping machines up and running and in excellent working condition. 
Maintaining industrial machines such as CMC, Vinyl Welders, Tiger Saws, etc. 

This is a Direct Hire position 

Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, OT maybe required  
Pay: $21 - $25/hr. DOE
Location: Fort Myers, FL 

Industrial Maintenance Tech Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting for machinery repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance practices and keep excellent records 
• Must perform work in a safe manner, perform lock out tag out procedures, ad maintain area in a clean and orderly manner 
• Order and maintain inventory of parts in a cost effective manner
• Must be self - motivated, have ability to work with little supervision, and be able to work both alone and with others 
• Diagnose and repair mechanical machinery issues including but not limited to pneumatics, hydraulics, CNC and electrical 

Industrial Maintenance Tech Job Responsibilities: 

• Previous maintenance experience is a requirement
• Critical thinking, ability to troubleshoot and detect malfunctioning for a multitude of machinery
• Knowledge of mechanical maintenance
• Diagnose manufacturing equipment problems and taking necessary actions to rectify them
• Electrical experience is a plus as you will be working with electrical panels and live equipment up to 480 volts 
• Be able to use power tools such as pneumatics, hammer drills, lathes, mills, saws and welders
• Comfortable in heights up to 30' for aerial lifts and ladders
• Must be able to lift a maximum of 75 lbs.
• Must have strong goal driven work ethic to ensure growth
