This position requires added abilities with PLC troubleshooting. The role is within a large industrial bakery that specializes in breads. We currently need an Industrial Maintenance Technician with strong electrical and mechanical skills. The successful candidate will perform the following: mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, PLC troubleshooting, measure the current on wires using voltmeters, read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot systems, change/rebuild machinery, sensors, relays, chains, conveyor motors.

This is a fully on-site position in Coral Springs, FL

All Industrial Maintenance Mechanics must be able to work flexible shifts. They will rotate every 8 weeks between a Monday-Friday schedule and a Tuesday-Saturday schedule, working from 2pm to 10:30pm. The facility is a fast-paced manufacturing environment with miles of conveyor systems, hundreds of electrical motors, PLC systems, and a maintenance team consisting of 18 members (6 per shift). The production floor operates 24/7, and the maintenance department provides support around the clock to minimize downtime due to the perishable nature of the product.
