The Maintenance Technician will perform a variety of tasks including a 50/50 split between electrical and mechanical duties. Responsibilities include working with 480v 3 phase, 120v single phase, and 24vdc and AC systems. The technician will perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot injection molding machines, conduct minimal welding and fabrication, and troubleshoot secondary auxiliary equipment through radio communication. Each shift will be assigned presses for preventative maintenance, and all work orders, PMs, and inventory will be managed via specialized software. Occasionally, the technician will be required to make robot end of arm changes and program changes.

• 1-3 years of industrial maintenance or PM looking to advance with some schooling
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• 480 v experience
• 3 phase experience

Will send maintenance techs to school that are looking to advance in robotics/PLCs.
