Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree or certificate program in paralegal studies or equivalent experience of 4+ years as a paralegal.
Description
Our firm is looking for top candidates for a full-time position as a paralegal to be an integral part of its legal team. The candidate will be performing various duties in an established law practice, including document preparation and management, client communication and legal research. He or she will assist the attorneys in delivering professional legal services to clients and will also assist in administrative tasks as assigned.
Duties
Manage real estate transactions including but not limited to both verbal and written communications, document preparation and all aspects of title work
Assist our attorneys with management of litigation, including completion of discovery and trial preparation
Support estate planning and business law services with client communications and document preparation
Provide general office support where requested
Maintain an orderly and disciplined electronic document storage and retrieval system
