Mr. Rogers Windows is looking for a Staff Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail, high level of integrity and trust to handle confidential material, able to work alone and with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile monthly bank statements
• Prepare and process Journal entries
• Process and File Monthly Sales Tax reports
• Accounts Receivables
• Customer financing
• Assist with Month End Reconciliation
• Assist with preparation on Monthly Financial Statements
• Assist with Year End Closing Process
• Assist with Annual Renewals
• Assist with Documenting business processes and policies to maintain internal controls
• Back up other team members with daily duties as needed
• Other projects as assigned by Controller and President

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• At least 3 years of accounting experience
• Able to demonstrate knowledge of technical and accounting functions
• A self-starter able to work independently and with a team
• Able to meet deadlines
• High level of integrity and trust to handle confidential material
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
