The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. The Recruiter will also participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and Interviewing skills
- Experience in Home Services helpful
- Experience with Predictive Index or Culture Index preferred
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening abilities
- Experience in Job Fairs and Networking events
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
- Knowledge of HR and Employment Laws
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
