This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at USA Hometown Experts office in Hoover, AL. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, attract top talent, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. The Recruiter will also participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment strategies.

• Recruitment and Interviewing skills
• Experience in Home Services helpful
• Experience with Predictive Index or Culture Index preferred
• Candidate Sourcing and Screening abilities
• Experience in Job Fairs and Networking events
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of HR and Employment Laws

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
