Hiring ASAP for a Temporary Staff Accountant in Montgomery County, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience in cash application, sending AR out, helping with billing, cash reconciliations, administrative accounting, and have an understanding prepaid expense and how to amortize it. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform accounts receivable reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Generate and send out statements to customers.
• Process and post customer payments to appropriate accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with customer accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving billing disputes.
• Monitor balances due from customers and follow up on late payments.
• Maintain an up-to-date accounts receivable aging.
• Work with spreadsheets to monitor accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Ability to work onsite 4 days/week, remote 1 day/week.
• Bachelor's degree preferred
