Our North Scottsdale client is an established residential property management industry leader. To support their scaled organizational growth, they have partnered exclusively with Headfarmer to identify an experienced HR Manager (department of one). Initially working fully in office in office to establish rapport and trust, this role will transition to a flexible 3/2 hybrid work schedule (three days in office) after 1/1/2025.

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the President with a dotted line of accountability to the Controller, you will wear many hats doing ‘all things HR’ including full-cycle recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee transaction administration, payroll and benefits administration, HRMS management, and company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong internal relationships to help managers with their human resources needs.

What they’re seeking:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Human Resources, or similar
• 3+ years of related experience as an HR Generalist, HRBP or HR Manager.
• HRIS implementation experience is strongly desired, particularly with Paylocity. They need someone to get their 1/1/2024 Paylocity implementation over the finish line!
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Bilingual Spanish a huge plus!
• Attention to detail, highly organized, with a discipline for follow-through. 
• An independent thinker with a process improvement mindset. Bring your ideas!
• Keen listening skills with an ‘of service’ mentality.
