We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the primary contact for patients, handling both outbound and inbound calls, managing appointments and responding to queries.
Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to support patient needs
• Provide detailed information about our products to patients
• Schedule and manage patient appointments using calendar management tools
• Use your excellent communication skills to provide high-quality service to our patients.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to the role
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the team dynamic
• Must be adaptable and open to learning new processes and systems as required.
