We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst to join our team located in Houston, Texas. This role is pivotal in supporting our team and over 200 end-users across multiple locations. This job function is within the IT industry, providing direct assistance to users on a variety of technical issues. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Provide end-user support for a wide range of hardware and software issues.
• Utilize MS Office 365 suite for various tasks and troubleshooting.
• Manage Active Directory operations and ensure seamless user access.
• Work collaboratively with a small team to handle a large volume of end-users.
• Utilize and maintain imaging systems to ensure up-to-date software.
• Address and resolve user inquiries to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and maintain Windows 10-11 systems across multiple locations.
• Ensure accurate records of issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Support multiple locations with potential for remote assistance.
• Continually update skills and knowledge to provide the most efficient support.• Proficiency in MS Office 365
• Experience with Active Directory
• Proven track record in end-user support
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• High level of initiative and self-motivation
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools
• Strong customer service orientation
• Knowledge of ITIL and service management
• Ability to work flexible hours, if needed
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
