We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst to join our team located in New York, New York. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity and involves providing Level 1 Support to our end-users. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for remote support, desk side support, and occasional travel to different locations across 5 boroughs for support.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 Support for 850 end-users across multiple locations and offices
• Offer remote support and desk-side support as required
• Communicate effectively to resolve customer inquiries and issues
• Use ticketing systems to track and manage customer requests
• Support 10 locations across 5 boroughs, occasionally traveling to offices for support
• Operate within a Windows 10/11 environment
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they arise
• Use knowledge of Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Database skills in daily tasks
• Manage Active Directory and Apple Devices
• Perform Configuration Management and Deployments as needed
• Use Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Windows, and Windows 11 systems
• Utilize ticketing system for end-user support and remote support tools.• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Help Desk Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in Android Development and Microsoft Office 365.
• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Windows, and Windows 11.
• Knowledge of Database management and Configuration Management.
• Ability to handle Computer Hardware and Apple Devices.
• Experience with Deployments and Ticketing Systems.
• Proven track record of providing End-User Support.
• Familiarity with Remote Support and Remote Support Tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
