We are in the process of recruiting a Business Systems Analyst for our manufacturing industry located in LAMBERTVILLE, New Jersey. The role involves critical tasks such as developing software solutions, documenting user requirements, and managing customer relationships. Your responsibility will be to ensure that business functions are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of software solutions including CRM, ERP, BI Reporting platforms, and Intranets as required.
• Collaborate with users to understand their requirements and business needs, particularly in the manufacturing sector.
• Ensure successful, on-time delivery by helping customers define and achieve their goals.
• Offer functional expertise to customers throughout the implementation process.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues to foster a positive working environment.
• Use your skills in Atlassian Jira, Business systems, Confluence, CRM, Database, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, and Business Requirement Document to enhance business operations.
• Involve in the design, testing, implementation, performance measurement, and maintenance of software solutions.
• Manage the claim administration process efficiently.
• Use your knowledge in manufacturing to provide solutions for ERP & CRM and other information applications.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the development of requirements, specifications, and design parameters.• Proficiency in the use of Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• Demonstrated experience with CRM databases
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies
• Firm grasp of business systems and how they operate
• Proven ability to conduct AB Testing
• Extensive knowledge of business process functions
• Experience in creating business requirement documents
• Familiarity with claim administration processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
• Relevant industry certification is a plus.
