We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (IT): III (Senior) to join our team in COLUMBUS, Ohio. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with various business units to align technology solutions with business strategies. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Building relationships with business partners who leverage ServiceNow, maintaining platform design standards and governance
• Developing an in-depth understanding of complex business processes and functional behaviors of assigned applications
• Working with key stakeholders to capture business and user requirements
• Owning the relationship with stakeholders to identify, model, and document business processes and data requirements
• Partnering with Scrum and Production Support teams to ensure all documented requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification
• Facilitating scope discovery and design sessions, and communicating with business partners on story status and follow-up
• Aligning IT resources and processes to meet the client organization’s needs
• Building roadmaps with business partners and executing stories within sprint timelines
• Staying current with technical enhancements methodologies and trends related to the assigned applications
• Analyzing existing systems or procedures and identifying technical or procedural improvements that will provide operational efficiencies.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Demonstrated experience in supervising teams or projects
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and partners
• Proven experience in executing projects according to specified timelines
• Understanding of business process functions
• UX design experience is a plus
• Discovery skills to understand and document business requirements
• Experience in creating and managing deliverables
• Ability to support and maintain IT workstations
• Strong knowledge of business unit operations and systems requirements processes
• Experience in creating specifications and procedures for system improvements
• Compliance with all company and regulatory guidelines and procedures
• Previous experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in an IT environment.
