We are searching for a dedicated and experienced CFO to join our client in York, Pennsylvania. The CFO will be in charge of managing the company's financial and administrative operations, including risk management. The role involves developing and implementing financial strategies, leading teams, managing budgets, and maintaining control systems. The position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities will include:

• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.

• Develop financial and tax strategies to optimize the company's financial performance.

• Manage the capital request and budgeting processes to ensure financial efficiency.

• Develop performance measures and monitoring systems that support the company's strategic direction.

• Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.

• Oversee the company’s financial analysis and accounting teams, providing leadership and fostering team development.

• Implement operational best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Maintain banking relationships to manage the company's financial operations effectively.

• Manage insurance programs to mitigate risks.

• Represent the company with investment bankers and investors.

• Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions to ensure beneficial terms for the company.

• Must possess a Bachelor degree and MBA + 10 years of related experience.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification a+

• Demonstrated expertise in Operational Risk Management

• Proven Leadership skills
