- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
- Ensure proper allocation of funds across multiple programs, maintaining detailed and accurate documentation to prevent commingling of funds.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that promote organizational growth and long-term sustainability.
- Conduct regular audits and implement financial controls to ensure compliance and financial integrity.
- Leverage expertise in grant accounting.
- Lead financial reporting for multiple entities within the organization, including those involved in business building, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Oversee capital management and cash flow analysis to ensure financial stability and proper fund utilization.

- CPA designation or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial management role, with significant experience construction and the the non-profit sector.
- Expertise in financial auditing, grant accounting, and fund management, with a strong focus on compliance.
- Proven experience in capital management, cash flow analysis, and multi-entity financial reporting.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with financial software, particularly MIP and Abella Sage, or other ERP systems.
