Responsibilities:

• Budgets, cash flow, financial reporting

• Analysis and strategy is a large part

• Oversee the preparation and filing of quarterly regulatory reports

• Manage both internal and external audits to ensure compliance

• Facilitate multiple mergers and software implementations to streamline operations

• Implement strategies to reduce the number of days for month-end close process and financial reporting package preparation

• Utilize Excel Formulas, MS Excel, and Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Controller/CFO or related role

• Strong reporting and analysis skills

• Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel and Excel Formulas

• Ability to interpret and analyze financial data

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is a bonus

• CPA or CMA certification is a plus

• Experience in budgeting and risk management

• Familiarity with financial and accounting software

• Strong knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models

• Understanding of business law and corporate finance
