The individual will play a key role in managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, and preparing financial reports for our organization. The role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial information.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage financial transactions and prepare various financial transactions such as general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Provide assistance in budget preparation and ensure compliance with all internal policies as well as relevant laws and regulations.
• Utilize MS Excel to handle large volumes of data and maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Contribute towards month-end close activities and ensure all accounting tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Implement and maintain thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills and strategic thinking in handling financial data and making decisions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership, showcasing excellent leadership skills.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial information by reconciling balance sheets and managing account reconciliation activities.• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Expertise in Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations
• Proficient in managing and maintaining the General Ledger
• Ability to prepare and post Journal Entries
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Proven experience in handling Month End Close processes
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
