We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in the construction industry. This role is on site in Greeley, Colorado. As an HR Manager, you will be tasked with various responsibilities, including overseeing recruitment strategies, implementing health and safety measures, and managing compliance with employment laws.
Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing and leading recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in the industry.
• Directing and building a standardized training and development program to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Actively participating in company-wide health and safety measures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Leading risk and compliance efforts to adhere to national employment laws and regulations.
• Keeping documentation up to date and continuously improving record keeping within our system.
• Providing full-service benefits administration, including onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Updating and maintaining company policies and procedures as well as the employer handbook.
• Guiding employee relations efforts across our organization, fostering a positive work culture.
• Utilizing bilingual skills, specifically in Spanish, to facilitate effective communication within our diverse workforce.

• Proven experience in Human Resources or similar role within the construction/contractor industry
• Proficient in managing Benefit Functions within an organization
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in ensuring Compliance with laws, regulations, and HR corporate policies
• Strong ability in fostering positive Employee Relations and resolving disputes
• Experience in managing Hiring Processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
• Familiarity with Recruitment strategies, particularly in high volume settings
• Ability to create, manage, and maintain proper HR Documentation
• Proficiency in Spanish language is necessary
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
