We are seeking an HR/Payroll Coordinator to join our team based in Richardson, Texas. The role involves handling HR administration tasks, payroll processing, and HRIS operations. This position requires a strong sense of organization, detailed record-keeping, and proficiency in various HR and payroll systems.
Responsibilities:
• Manage HR administration tasks including onboarding, employment verification, and unemployment claims.
• Handle payroll processing using systems such as ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.
• Utilize HRIS for report generation and data analysis, requiring a good understanding of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Dayforce, and other similar systems.
• Oversee benefit functions, ensuring compliance and fostering positive employee relations.
• Assist with the FMLA processing and other related tasks.
• Leverage bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, to facilitate effective communication across diverse teams.
• Employ strong tech savviness to convert HR and payroll reports into spreadsheets.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate customer credit records.
• Process customer credit applications in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed.• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR/Payroll Coordinator role.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential.
• Experience with Ceridian and Dayforce is desirable.
• Profound knowledge of Benefit Functions is needed.
• Strong Communication skills are essential.
• Must understand and be able to implement Compliance procedures.
• Must be skilled in Employee Relations and FMLA.
• Experience in Onboarding new employees is required.
• Proficiency in HRIS reporting is needed.
• Spanish Language skills are desirable.
