The CFO will primarily be responsible for developing financial strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, creating long-term financial planning, and implementing sound financial control across the organization. This individual will play a key role in the company's financial future by working with other executives and the board of directors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support company's growth objectives and profitability targets.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and capital raising activities.
• Analyze the company's financial details to assess risks and investment opportunities.
• Ensure company-wide compliance with financial laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with executive management to decide on funding strategies and investment plans.
• Create and present financial reports and metrics to the board of directors.
• Manage relationships with partners and investors.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with extensive experience in a senior managerial role. Exceptional knowledge of data analysis, risk management, and forecasting methods, along with a strategic mindset and strong leadership skills are essential for this role. MBA or CPA highly preferred. Executive Leadership is just as key as technical skills.

• Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a CFO or similar senior financial managerial role with a non-profit / governmental reporting

• Demonstrated proficiency in Auditing, Budget Processes, and Capital Management

• Proven expertise in Fund Accounting

• Experience with Financial Audits and Banking Services

• Experience with Sage Intacct very helpful
