Position: HR Generalist

Location: Baltimore, MD

Compensation: $70-80K

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, conduct new hire orientations, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and promote positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
  • Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure all company policies are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations; assist in audits.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, process enrollments, and maintain accurate benefit records.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
  • HR Reporting & Records: Maintain confidential employee records and prepare necessary HR reports for management.
  • HR Projects: Support various HR projects aimed at improving HR practices and achieving organizational goals.
