We are a systems engineering team with members from a variety of professional backgrounds who are united in a quest to deliver enterprise-class solutions to our clients. This includes building scalable, secure, consumer-facing web and mobile apps for a variety of audiences and business needs.

Our process is simple – we work in close collaboration with our clients to create solutions that address their unique challenges. We work with our clients, not as an implementation vendor, but as a strategic partner. We seek to understand their needs, call upon our unique experiences and prescribe solutions that address their strategic goals.

You are a great planner. You are good at taking long-term roadmaps and converting them into short term priorities, sequencing logical dependencies and scheduling from vision to reality.

You are committed to constant delivery. You do a good job translating agile development philosophies to waterfall where necessary by developing project plans, Gantt charts and progress reports.

You are willing to charge through adversity. To deliver on-time and on-budget, you are willing to direct a team of developers, clients and product owners through difficult decisions when necessary.

Preferred Experience

• Experience consulting with clients – either on the side or part of your job responsibilities
• Experience capturing requirements, translating requirements to logical project phases and deliverables, creating timelines, monitoring project progress, preparing regular status reports, and other project management responsibilities
• Experience creating project plans, roadmaps, Gantt charts, feature pipeline and other strategic plans
• Experience working as a member of a team
• Expertise working with software development tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Pivotal Tracker
• Must have strong customer-service orientation, good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
