The successful candidate will play a vital part in building and optimizing our patient outreach platform, connecting with other digital touch points, and managing enterprise projects. Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the largest patient care customers to optimize their patient facing outreach.

• Work on API development and connect back-end personalization services to other listeners across the organization.

• Leverage your experience in data analytics, software engineering, and project management to contribute to the team.

• Work with different teams to create connection points across organizations and manage technical builds.

• Monitor and manage customer accounts and respond to customer inquiries.

• Use skills in SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

• Collaborate with the digital team to integrate some existing experiments that we have in the market.

• Be proactive in chasing down people to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira, Bug Tracking, Cloud Technologies, Confluence, About Time, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Backlog Grooming, and Communication to effectively carry out responsibilities.
