We are looking for a Change Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role involves driving project change strategies, conducting stakeholder analysis, identifying change impacts, and creating and executing change strategies. You will also be responsible for building sponsorship coalitions and collaborating with internal departments to create a unified communication approach. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Drive the planning, execution, and tracking of project-level change strategies in line with the organization's vision and goals.
• Conduct comprehensive stakeholder analysis and generate reports identifying key stakeholders, their level of awareness, and strategies to engage and communicate with them.
• Identify change impacts by role and stakeholder groups through current state assessments, including identifying what is going to change and the success factors for the changes.
• Develop and execute change strategies across the enterprise, ensuring minimized resistance and positive individual behavior change.
• Identify potential sources of resistance and develop strategies to mitigate resistance.
• Engage impacted audiences related to both processes and technical systems involved in the projects using results-based approaches and stakeholder readiness assessment data.
• Build sponsorship coalitions to shape and sustain stakeholder behavior.
• Collaborate with the internal Communication department to create a detailed communication plan delivering a unified communication approach, including messaging, audiences, channels, and schedule.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels using a variety of communication methods to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the message to different audiences.• Proven experience in Change Management or as a Sr. Consultant for a minimum of 7 years.
• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required.
• Solid understanding of Cisco Technologies.
• Demonstrated experience with Cloud Technologies.
• Proficiency in CRM and Database management.
• Familiarity with 'About Time' software.
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of budget processes is a must.
• Exceptional skills in change management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with ADKAR change management model.
• Experience in Organizational Change Management.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft Application and PeopleSoft in general.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications in Change Management or related field would be an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
