We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be crucial in streamlining our internal processes and integrating our services. This is a contract to permanent employment opportunity where you will work closely with various team members from customer service, operations, and development.
Responsibilities:
• Manage project schedules, gather requirements, and prepare management reporting.
• Coordinate with senior customer service and operations personnel, as well as individuals from the development team.
• Identify both technical and business requirements, acting as a bridge between different teams.
• Use various software tools such as Jira, Asana, Salesforce, and Zendesk for project management and customer relationship management.
• Facilitate meetings, document inputs, and track deliverables to ensure project progress.
• Assist in the integration process of the three businesses to ensure seamless operation.
• Maintain an organized and detailed record of project progress, obstacles, and solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and campaign planning.
• Utilize skills in backend development and cloud technologies to oversee technical aspects of projects.
• Manage e-commerce operations and conduct AB testing when necessary.• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is a must-have skill for this position.
• Applicants must have significant experience in Backend Development.
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is essential.
• Proficiency in using a Content Management System (CMS) is required.
• Candidates should have experience with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of AB Testing is necessary.
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodology is essential.
• Applicants should have a strong understanding of Brand Awareness strategies.
• Experience in Campaign Planning is a must.
• Ability to manage and deliver on project Deliverables is required.
