Pay rate: $18-21/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

Location: Richardson, TX

Our client, a medical software and device company, is looking for an enthusiastic, polished, and organized individual to support the rapid growth of their company. We are looking for an Adherence Specialist who is thoughtful, detail-oriented, and has enthusiasm for helping people.  Support the RPM administrative team and sales team with daily sales, administrative and operational duties related to the management and adherence of the Remote Patient Monitoring census.

As a Member of This Team:

• Review client charts for reports for adherence
• Address low adherence calling or texting clients daily
• Schedule Service Tickets and deactivations as needed
• Maintain RPM patient information in company software systems
• Report client deactivation needs, hospitalizations, vacations, and repeated low adherence

You Will Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to deliver unparalleled customer service
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong computer skills with the ability to effectively maneuver internet-based productivity/email tools, Microsoft Office and Google suite applications
• Ability to multi-task across multiple platforms with demonstrated time management and the ability to consistently meet critical deadlines
• Fluent in Spanish and English preferred
