Job DescriptionCompany Description
A global investment firm in the clean energy space is hiring for a Fund Accountant to join their growing team. They have $5 Billion in assets under management and invest globally to advance clean energy innovation. This is a key hire that will work directly under the CFO and Controller to assist in managing multiple managed funds from an accounting standpoint. This role is onsite 3x a week in Washington DC.
Required:
- 1-3 years of accounting experience, venture capital or private equity preferred
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field of study
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Nice to have:
- CPA or progress toward designation
- Prior experience working in public accounting
- Experience with Investran
