We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in health care law and an understanding of the complexities of integrated medicine. You will assist with legal research, documentation, and regulatory compliance to support our mission of delivering exceptional health care services. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Conduct legal research and gather information relevant to health care regulations and integrated medicine practices. 

Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance reports. 

Assist in managing legal cases, including organizing files, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with external counsel. 

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health care laws and regulations. 

Support the legal team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining confidential records. 

Review and summarize legal literature, case law, and regulatory updates to keep the team informed of changes affecting the industry. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field. A Paralegal Certification is preferred. 

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably within the health care or integrated medicine sector. 

Strong knowledge of health care regulations, including HIPAA and other compliance requirements. 

Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools. 

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. 

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
