Our company is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Experience in filing Sales Tax on Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly basis for diverse trades
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Prepare Financials for Tax Preparation
- Maintain confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Effective organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Team Oriented
