Job Summary:

Carry On Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism and other developmental disorders

• Implement evidence-based strategies and interventions to help clients achieve their goals

• Collaborate with Behavior Analysts and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans

• Conduct behavioral assessments and maintain accurate records

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:

• Level of Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum Years of Experience: 0

• Certification: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, but not required (training provided for the right candidate)

What We Offer:

• Compensation: $20 - $24 HOURLY (dependent on experience and qualifications)
