Job Opportunity: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in autism and behavior management, and experience working in early childhood settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Work directly with students, providing individualized support to improve behavioral and learning outcomes.
- Conduct one-on-one and small group instruction focused on behavior modification and skill development.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and behavioral data.

Location:Charlotte, NC
Start Date: August 5, 2024
End Date: May 23, 2025
Hours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week (7.5 hours per day)
Caseload: 1.1 (EC RBT/Autism/Behavior Experience)
Certification Required: RBT Certified
Qualifications:
- RBT certification is required.
- Experience working with autism and behavior management is preferred.
- Previous experience in an educational or clinical setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
