Job Description:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Male Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position in Greenville, DE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and adolescents, providing one-on-one support and implementing behavior intervention plans. This role involves working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to help students achieve their goals in a supportive and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to students, focusing on behavior management, social skills, and academic support.
• Monitor and record student progress, collecting data on behavior and responses to interventions.
• municate effectively with team members, parents, and school staff to ensure the success of intervention plans.
• Assist with the development of new strategies and interventions to meet the evolving needs of students.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all students.

Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification.
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school setting.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
