Our team of professionals is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. We are currently seeking three dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team near Berkley Heights, NJ.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work directly with Soliant to help individuals to implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and assist with daily living skills under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to meaningful behavioral changes and support our clients progress.

Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as developed by the BCBA
- Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress
- Provide one-on-one therapy and support to clients in various settings
- Assist with teaching daily living skills and promoting independence
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field preferred
- Prior experience in behavioral therapy or related field is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and compassionate demeanor
