Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Join Our Superhero Team!

Job Summary:

ECHOIX Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of superheroes in Colorado Springs, Colorado! As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and other developmental disorders. Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to children with autism and other developmental disorders

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress

• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure continuity of care

• Collaborate with RBTs, BCBAs, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment strategies

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Completion of a 40-hour training program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and registration with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• 1 year of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disorders

• Ability to lift and physically assist children as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with ABA therapy principles and practices
