As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all company policies, including the use of personal protective equipment and other health, safety, and environmental procedures. You will perform maintenance on plant machinery and equipment, assist others with techniques and trade knowledge, and maintain all tools and work areas in an orderly fashion. You will interpret mechanical prints, drawings, and technical data to conduct machinery maintenance and collaborate with engineering and production departments to improve products, machinery, and methods.

Work EnvironmentThe Maintenance Mechanic will work in a warehouse and factory environment. The role requires regular standing, walking, using hands to handle or feel, and reaching with arms. Occasionally, the mechanic may need to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and must be able to talk or hear. The ability to regularly lift and move at least 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 75 pounds, is necessary. Work shifts are structured as follows: 1st shift from 6am to 6pm with a 3 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off rotation, and 3rd shift from 6pm to 6am with a similar rotation.
