• 🔧 What You'll Do Read and follow route sheets, work instructions, and blueprints.
• Apply adhesives and sealants with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed products to ensure IPC quality standards are met.
• Track and enter work orders using the Paradigm system.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to expand your skills.
