Key Qualifications:

• Active CTC Special Education certification with Mod/Sev authorization required
• Experience working with moderate to severe needs preferred
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver tailored instruction for students with diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with general education staff, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
• Lead and participate in IEP meetings to ensure targeted learning goals are met
• Develop engaging and differentiated lesson plans
• Monitor progress and adapt strategies to facilitate student independence
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely reporting
