Key Qualifications:

• Current and active California credential in mild/moderate special education (required)
• Experience delivering instructional interventions in a school setting, preferably within an RSP framework
• Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to individualized support and inclusive practices

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and serve as a resource to general education teachers
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all state and federal regulations
