Adecco is seeking a Maintenance Technician In Lake Wales. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining machinery through scheduled preventive maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical issues to ensure equipment operates efficiently and downtime is minimized. Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

• Ensure equipment is maintained and operating safely and efficiently.

• Inspect machinery and identify potential problems before they impact production.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.

• Fundamental knowledge of industrial mechanics and basic electricity.

• Working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic control systems.

• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
