As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, aligning, dismantling, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and mechanical equipment to improve reliability and uptime. You will perform predictive precision maintenance to identify and correct mechanical/electrical defects before machines fail, maintain operations equipment to achieve optimal performance levels, and work with operations associates to identify and prioritize maintenance needs. Additionally, you will adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures and actively participate in the safety program. You will also help meet and/or exceed production, waste, and quality goals through a quality maintenance program. This role requires flexibility to work any shift, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $64580.00 - $85280.00/yr.
