What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
• Active Minnesota PELSB Special Education Teaching License, or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity
• Experience in developing and managing effective IEPs
• Proficiency in special education evaluation, report writing, and compliance practices
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, administrators, and families
• Preferred license areas: ABS, ASD, EBD, DD, LD
• Prior work in academic and behavioral supports, assessments, PBIS, MTSS, FBAs, and BIPs

Your key responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver specially designed instruction tailored to diverse student needs
• Maintain accurate progress documentation and ensure compliance with Minnesota and federal regulations
• Take an active role in team meetings, assessment processes, and eligibility determinations
• Implement evidence-based behavior intervention and classroom management techniques
• Foster inclusive, positive learning environments
