A growing Tulsa company is seeking a
Bookkeeper / Office Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting, office administration, purchasing, payroll support, and inventory management.
This is a hands-on role for an organized professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities and helping keep operations running smoothly. This position is an onsite accounting job in a business casual office.
Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process customer payments, deposits, and collections follow-up
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and review payroll data for bi-weekly payroll processing
- Manage purchasing, vendor relationships, and supply ordering
- Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of materials and supplies
- Oversee general office operations and administrative functions
- Assist leadership with reporting and process improvements
Qualifications- 3+ years of bookkeeping, office management, or accounting support experience
- Requires experience with QuickBooks Online
- Experience with payroll, AP/AR, and purchasing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
