We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support leadership operations in Greensboro, North Carolina. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who excels at organizing complex schedules, managing travel logistics, and keeping executive priorities on track. The role requires strong coordination skills, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars by organizing meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring leaders are prepared for daily commitments.
• Arrange domestic and potentially international travel plans, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and itinerary details.
• Coordinate travel-related changes promptly and communicate updates clearly to executives and relevant stakeholders.
• Support executive meetings by preparing schedules, confirming attendance, and helping ensure all logistics run smoothly.
• Track important appointments, deadlines, and follow-up items to help maintain efficient executive workflow.
• Serve as a reliable point of coordination for administrative matters requiring discretion, accuracy, and timely execution.• At least 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and prioritize competing scheduling needs.
• Experience booking and coordinating travel arrangements with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to support executive meetings and handle related logistics in an organized and thorough manner.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in working within a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
