We are seeking skilled Welders to join a growing aerospace and defense manufacturing team. This position focuses on high-precision TIG welding of critical components used in advanced cooling systems, satellites, and other aerospace applications. • Perform precision TIG welding on aerospace-grade materials and components.
• Set up and operate welding equipment while adjusting settings as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions.
• Inspect finished welds using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards.
• Complete production documentation and meet daily production goals.

• High school diploma, GED, or technical training preferred.
• TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience welding aluminum, stainless steel, copper nickel, copper, and similar alloys.
• Ability to pass weld tests and required certifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances.

• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and cross-train.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Landisville, PA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
