We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team, specializing in welding primarily on stainless steel. This position requires high tolerance and precision to meet the quality standards of our niche products. The role involves fabricating metal and reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics to ensure the highest level of quality in all tasks.

• Perform TIG welding with a focus on stainless steel materials.
• Ensure high tolerance and quality standards are met in all welding tasks.
• Fabricate metal components as per project requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Maintain precision and attention to detail in all welding activities.

• Proficiency in TIG welding, particularly with stainless steel.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Experience in stainless steel welding and fabrication.
• Knowledge of precision welding techniques and tight tolerance requirements.

• Successful completion of a progressive weld test, which increases in difficulty.
• Experience with Halflap T Joint on 14 Gage materials.

Work in a job shop that is non-climate controlled, with shifts starting at 6am and ending at 3:30pm or 5pm. Fridays are always 6am to 3:30pm, and there are no weekend shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeland, FL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00/hr.
