We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, drive productivity, and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily production activities to ensure production targets, inventory requirements, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Schedule, coordinate, and prioritize production workflow to meet deadlines while maximizing labor, materials, and equipment utilization.
- Supervise, coach, and support production team members to promote productivity, accountability, and engagement.
- Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process and ensure compliance with all specifications and standards.
- Coordinate machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting to maintain efficient operations and minimize downtime.
- Analyze work orders and production requirements to ensure necessary materials and equipment are available.
- Review production metrics and prepare performance reports to communicate results and identify improvement opportunities.
- Enforce workplace safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
- Address employee questions and concerns professionally while fostering a positive team culture.
- Review and approve employee time records and production documentation for accuracy.
- Partner with production planning teams to provide input on scheduling, capacity, and resource allocation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
- Inspect work-in-progress and finished products to verify quality requirements are met.
- Recommend process, equipment, and workflow improvements to increase throughput and reduce waste.
- Resolve production and operational challenges quickly to maintain workflow and production schedules.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Production Lead, Manufacturing Supervisor, or similar leadership role in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Strong knowledge of production operations, workflow management, inventory control, and quality systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supervising, coaching, and developing production employees.
- Working knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to analyze production data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience troubleshooting production equipment issues and coordinating maintenance activities.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with production reporting systems, manufacturing software, or ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or industrial production environments.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, and capacity management.
- Familiarity with performance metrics, KPI tracking, and operational reporting.
- Demonstrated success implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, or productivity.

Work Environment:
This position is based in an enclosed, non-climate-controlled warehouse and production facility. Employees regularly work on and around manufacturing equipment, materials, and assembly operations. Adherence to established safety procedures and operational guidelines is required at all times.
