Job Title: Carpentry Mechanical Assembler – 1st Shift - $28-34/hr
Job Description
This role involves performing mechanical assembly and installation of components and fixtures onto larger products in a clean, well-organized shop environment. You will use a wide range of hand and power tools, read and interpret basic drawings and blueprints, and collaborate closely with assembly and design teams to support the full fabrication and installation process.

Work Environment
The role is based in a very clean, well-organized, and well-lit shop with ample space to work safely and efficiently. The environment is team-oriented, with structured training processes and strong collaboration between assembly and design personnel. Work is performed on a 1st shift schedule using a variety of jigs, hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and metal fabrication equipment. The shop setting supports full-process work, from fabrication through assembly and installation preparation, in a professional and safety-conscious atmosphere.
