We are seeking a skilled Brake Press Operator for the 1st shift in Canton, OH. This role involves setting up and operating power brake machines to bend, notch, punch, form, roll, arc, or straighten metal plates or sheet metal and structural shapes. The operator will read blueprints to obtain precise specifications and perform precision measurements as required.

Work EnvironmentWork in a newly renovated facility built in 2010, designed to be very clean, safe, well-lit, and organized. The climate-controlled environment ensures comfort, with a laid-back atmosphere where employees are expected to work at a good pace without micromanagement. Collaborate with other fabricators to complete jobs efficiently. The facility operates on a 1st shift schedule from 5:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
